A vibrant group of youths known as the Admirers of Engr. Arum has unveiled plans to honour their leader through a 20km mini marathon competition tagged:
“Arum Ajiji Helping Hands Foundation Mini Marathon 20km (1st Edition).”
The event is scheduled to hold on 29th December 2025 at New Fobur, Jos East LGA, with an estimated 50 participants expected to compete.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st to 10th positions, adding excitement and motivation to the competition.
According to the organisers, the essence of the marathon is to celebrate Engr. Arum Ajiji, a leader widely acknowledged for his commitment to community service, humanitarian support, and youth empowerment.
They further noted that such contributions deserve recognition, explaining that the event is also designed to foster unity across political, ethnic, and religious lines, bringing the community’s together in a spirit of harmony and sportsmanship.
