Job David Ayuba Inspires Unity at National Values and Leadership Course Launch at NIPSS
On March 12, 2025, the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru, Jos, hosted the National Values and Leadership Course, a collaborative effort between the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Tomruk iHub Multiverse, and Dakrisbenic Foundation for Unity and Development in Africa. Job David Ayuba, CEO of Tomruk iHub Multiverse, delivered a stirring goodwill message, underscoring the transformative power of shared values and visionary leadership. 
In his address, Ayuba painted a vivid picture: “There was a nation that once stood divided… Then, a group of leaders emerged who recognized that the strength of the nation lies in its shared values. They began to promote unity, integrity, and a sense of collective responsibility.” He tied this narrative to Nigeria, adding, “This is the story of Nigeria—a story that reminds us of the transformative power of shared values and visionary leadership.” The course, he emphasized, is “a critical step in our collective journey toward a more united and prosperous nation.”
The program, running from March 12 to 14, aims to empower leaders with skills in ethical governance, social cohesion, and national development. Topics include the National Values Charter, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and inclusive decision-making. Ayuba urged participants to embrace the training fully: “Let the principles and insights gained here inspire you to become ambassadors of national values, driving positive change in your communities and beyond.”
Notable resource persons include Dr. Otive Igbuzor, Prof. Elias Lamle, and Mr. Lanre Issa Onilu, Director-General of NOA, whom Ayuba praised for his “visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to promoting national values.” The event seeks to equip attendees with practical tools to foster unity and progress across Nigeria.
