Don’t announce National Assembly direct primary results after conducting it, APC warns electoral committee.

What was meant to be a decisive day for APC members in the Abuja Municipal Area Council and Bwari Area Council primaries ended in frustration, anger, and unanswered calls as party faithful say they waited until midnight with no sign of electoral officials or security agents for the APC Reps ticket

“No Officials, No Materials, No Explanation”

Midnight and Still Waiting

By evening, hope was fading. party members said they waited until late into the night expecting officials to show up.

“They told us to be patient. We were patient. By 10pm , no Electoral committte member , no ballot paper , nothing,” one member in Bwari said. “How do you run an election like this?”

Other members said they were the only ones left at the venue after the Electoral committee made it worse — by not showing up .

Documents sighted by party members says that they have been instructed not show up, INEC and Police waited till night yet the APC electoral committee didn’t show up.

A party member who spoke on condition of anonymity, said a former Reps member who was confident of victory and has the overwhelming support of the electorates was shocked to witness this .

They accused the Immediate past senator , Phillip Aduda of trying to impose an Unpopular candidate on the people of Amac and Bwari .

Party members are calling on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC national chairman to call Phillip Aduda to order .

Party members say Aduda must respect the wishes of the People who have decided that there must not be imposition of candidates in AMAC and Bwari federal constituency .
