Senator elect representing Plateau Central in the National assembly Hon Diket Plang ,on Monday pledged his commitment to the improvement of lives of his constituents through quality legislation.
He made this known in an interactive session with Journalist in Jos .
The Senator-elect who got elected under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, reaffirmed his commitment not to betray the trust reposed in him with the promise to live up to people’s expectations.
In his words “We will ensure provision of education, health care services, and enhance support to agriculture, security, education among others .”
” I would be Senator to all citizens of my constituency regardless of tribe or religion , I would work to tackle insecurity ,work to attract projects to my Senatorial zone ” .
He maintained that “I will sponsor bills and contribute to legislation that will benefit my constituents, strengthen democracy and add value to governance,” he emphasized.
” I am prepared for the Job ,I am a grassroot Politician and I know the challenges in my constituency ,I would bring succour to all citizens of Plateau Central Senatorial district,”he added .
According to the Senator elect , ” I would empower farmers ,build several earth dams in my Zone , We would ensure roads are built in my Senatorial district .”
” Me and my team would unite my people as I would work with all relevant bodies to bring our people together ,”he further added.
He called on the People of the Zone to support him as he is determined to better the lives of citizens of the Constituency .
