*STATEMENT BY OKL ON THE SUSPENSION OF CAMPAIGN FOR LAGOS CENTRAL SENATORIAL RACE*
Dear esteemed leaders, coordinators, and supporters,
I extend my deepest appreciation to every one of you who believed in our shared vision and stood firmly with us throughout this journey. Your unwavering commitment, sacrifices, and dedication over the past 13 months have been truly remarkable and deeply valued.
In alignment with the party’s consensus framework and in the overall interest of unity, progress, and the continued strength of our great party, I hereby announce the suspension of all campaign activities for the Lagos Central Senatorial race.
This decision was not made lightly. It reflects our enduring commitment to the collective good, party discipline, and the principles that bind us together as one formidable family.
I wish to specially recognize and thank our coordinators at the Apex level, across all Local Governments, Wards, and Zones, as well as our respected party leaders and stakeholders. Your efforts have not only been impactful but have strengthened our structure and deepened our shared purpose.
While this marks a pause in our campaign, it is by no means the end of our engagement. The relationships built, lessons learned, and momentum gained will continue to guide our contributions to the party and our community.
