Executive Chairman of Riyom Local Government Council, Hon. Bature Sati Shuwa, has extended warm felicitations to Plateau State Governor, His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, on his grand reception into the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a statement issued on Tuesday the day of the high-profile event held at the Jos Polo Field Hon. Shuwa congratulated the governor on behalf of the management, legislative council, directors, staff, and the entire people of Riyom Local Government Area.
The reception marked a significant milestone following Governor Mutfwang’s formal defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and his receipt of APC membership earlier in January 2026.

Hon. Shuwa emphasized Riyom LGA’s strong identification with the pragmatic leadership of both President Tinubu and Governor Mutfwang, praising their development-focused vision, people-centered policies, and commitment to peace, stability, and economic progress.
